About

Let’s Spill the Tea, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping parents & caregivers breakthrough communication barriers during the teen and young adult years. Through a variety of programs including: quarterly workshops, annual retreats, speaking engagements, and informal meetups-Let’s Spill the Tea opens the conversation while also providing licensed mental health professionals for additional support.

Let’s Spill the Tea is more than an organization, it’s a movement…

Since 2013, Let’s Spill the Tea has evolved from a one-day conference into a nonprofit organization helping families resolve, reconnect, and reignite their relationships.

Vision

Through workshops, retreats, and support of licensed professionals, Let’s Spill the Tea, will create a community for parents, teens, and young adults to have an open & ongoing dialogue to foster healthy relationships and breakthrough communication barriers.

Mission

Let’s Spill the Tea serves parents and teen/young adult women ages 14-21.
We recognize these as prime years for young women to engage in at-risk behaviors such as: dating violence, peer pressure, and drug/alcohol use. Parental relationships are also most fragile during these adolescent years as teens become more focused on outside sources for information. Let’s Spill the Tea helps families navigate this period of development with relevant information presented in a safe, non judgmental environment.
